chances are that you might have altered your system path settings,
the best advice l can give is to uninstall and install your node.
download latest version from : https://nodejs.org/en/

maybe the node you installed is in the wrong path just uninstall it,download it again from the official nodejs website and when installing set the path to C:\Program Files\nodejs (if you are using windows)Source : | Last Update : Mon, 11 Apr 22
