Win + R to open run

STEP 1
Press Win+R to open Run
Paste C:\Windows\system32\ctfmon.exe in the dialogue box,it will solve your problem but it is not permanent
STEP 2
Open command prompt as an administrator
Paste REG ADD HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run /v ctfmon /t REG_SZ /d CTFMON.EXE
