People become obese for several reasons, including consuming too many calories, but few activities. This leads to rapid weight gain due to the excess of carbohydrate that are not used up in activities. These carbohydrates are converted into fat by the body and stored in fat cells. Eventually, the fat may block blood circulation which causes heart attacks and high blood pressure. In addition to these two diseases, obesity also can causes infertility because excessive fat can accumulate around the genital area. Surely, this causes infertility, especially for man.
Being too fat gives bad impressions as well. People think that fat people are not agile or flexible. They are often seen struggling or need more effort when doing their jobs and need more time to ensure that they can do their jobs, compared to normal-sized people. They look slow. As a result, it is not easy for them to find a job.
It is true that being too much fat may cause many problems. Fat people are susceptible to heart attack and high blood pressure. In addition, the condition of obesity gives the impression of slow, not being agile or flexible.
