First thing first, you should read the manufacturer's directions and turn off the smartphone to do this.

And then you can find the memory card slot (in the manufacturer's directions) and then by using a pin to reject the slot and push pin properly.

After the slot is removed, you can put in the memory card (remember and notice the position must be correct and proper), after that you can slide in the slot inside the smartphone.

Check if you have put everything by order and properly.  Try to turn it on again. And check whether the memory card is detected.
