In modern day, people are busy and don't have time for exercise, sleeping well, and diabetes, heart attack, obesity, and many more. It is caused of some factors. One of the factors cooking healthy food. Whereas to have a healthy lifestyle is not so difficult. remove our tiredness from the whole We have to sleep well in order to refresh ourselves and day activities. Don't sleep too late because it's not good for our body. We can do some exercise in the morning. There are kinds of sport, which we can do at least in thirty minutes. We can jog, walk, swim, ride bicycle, or other sports to smoothen the blood stream and metabolism in our body. We should do exercise three to five times in a week so that our body is healthy and slim. Eat healthy food such as meat, beef, fish, vegetables, and fruits in order to get nutrition. We need to drink a lot of mineral water so that we won't get dehydration. Take a bath at least twice a day in order to clean our body from any bacteria and dirt.
