Last vacation,I decided to visit the Dani tribe in Baliem valley to do a little adventure.firts,I stopped at muliaman village, which was about 20 kilometers from Wamena to enjoy the Baliem cultural festival,it was held for several days.people of the Dani were singing, dancing,and playing their traditional music in teh festival.they painted their faces with pig Grease,clay ash,and fur.they held their bows,arrows,and Spears to act as if they were attacking each other.However,no blood was shed.it was all intended Only as a threatening show of forcewhen the festival ended, I chose to join a trekking trip to the spectacular villages of the dani.the trip gave me an opportunity to see the real lifestyle of the Dani's people.
