Paragraf 1I've got a painful experience that i want through last semester. I joined the cross country. We running this race competing againts several other school. The entire race was long and dread ful. It took place in the desert so it was really hot and humid. We run up and the hills.

It was getting awful after 10 minutes of the race. People who run in front or me Made me breath. The dust created. It wasn't so bad until my throat started to hurt. It was very painful. I had a hard time to catch my breath and i sweat a lot. I really hated it.

In the end i manage to finish the race. I felt really good after that. I really fully a live again that race was a horrible experience. That is the season why i quitted the team a week later.
