Last holiday, my family and I went to our grandmother's house in Bandung. We went there in my father's big white car. Our hometown is not too far from our house so it took only 4 hours to get there. My grandma's house was very clean and shady. It stays the same when Granpa was still alive. Granma looked so beautiful welcomed us at the gate beautifully with her white dress and grey veil.

We arrived just in time for lunch, so we had lunch together at Granma's shady backyard. The foods were so delicious so I couldn't stop eating until I felt very full. Then, I slept in my already-prepared room after arranging my luggage.

In the afternoon, nearly 4 o'clock I woke up and I saw my family was getting ready to go for a walk.

When I was little, I lived at Granma's house so I had kindergarten there, and I spent my Elementary School time there. I have so many friends in my hometown.

While my family was out for a walk, I met my childhood friends. They still remembered me, of course. But they were getting taller and bigger, just like me, because we are Junior High-Schoolers.

The next day, we went to Bandung's Central Park, or be known as Alun-Alun Bandung. Then, we went to the biggest bookstore in town, my favorite place ever-after. I spent my afternoon there enjoyed the free-reading and had a look at the bestseller novels. Finally, I bought 4 books to be read at my own house in Jakarta.

The next day, we went to Lembang's Farm House and had so much fun there. We fed cows, milking the cows, played with the rabbits, and holding a baby goat. After there we had dinner at a big and comfy restaurant. I ate steak and fries and had some fruit salad. We spent the night at Granma's villa.

On the next day, we went to Granma's land in Garut, to visit Granma's sheep and Granma's ricefield. Granma's ricefield was well-groomed and the sheep were so healthy because of Mr. Asep's tenacity. We had lunch at Mr. Asep's hut. Mr. Asep was the caretaker of Granma's field and sheep. He's a kind of friendly and caring person.

The next day was Saturday. We stayed at Granma's home. My cousins, uncle, and aunts were also coming visited granma's house. We were talking about everything. About how my big sister survived her last year in college, about my new school, about my mother's new job, about how granma felt so lonely about grandpa's departure. After that, we helped Granma cleaning and rearranged the garden.

Tomorrow comes. It was Sunday. Time to go home! In the morning we visited Granpa's grave and praying. After that, we went to Granma's house and ate Granma's Soto Bandung as our breakfast. In the afternoon, we packed up our luggage and getting ready to go home.

At Sunday 3 pm, we went home. We enjoyed the view of the sunset at the toll road. I'm gonna miss granma. Our holiday was so much fun and exciting. I can't wait to meet the next end-year holiday and meet Granma again! I hope Granma will always in God's protection so I can meet her again in the next vacation.
