Dialogue is a conversation with 2 or more People. Dialoguecan consist ofspeaker and listener. You can make a dialog about everything you like. The tenses uses in making a dialog is depend on what topik you will use for making a dialog. For example, if you make a dialog about your last vacation, you need to use Past tense. And if you will make dialog for ypur plan, you can use present tense or future. Then you can start to make a simple dialogue as you like. For answering the question above, You can make it like this. This dialogue is using past tense and future tense.
