• Betulnya, “I'm eating many bananas” karena so muchdigunakan untukuncountable noun. Sedangkan banana termasuk countable noun.

3) He is counting the stars on the sky.

4) What are you watching?

5) I am not talking about your performance.

6) We are jogging to spend our quality time.

7) Sissy is taking care her sister because her mother is working.

8) Is Rinni sweeping the floor?

9) Is Linda studying Mathematics now?

PEMBAHASAN

Present Continuous Tense

Yaitu bentuk tenses yang digunakan untuk menunjukkan suatu kejadian yang sedang berlangsung atau berulangkali.

Mirip dengan Present Simple namun terdapat sedikit perbedaan. Jika Present Simple bisa menggunakan Do/Does ataupun to be, Present Continuous hanya menggunakan to bedan verb-nya diberi-ing.

Semua tenses Continuous menggunakan -ing pada verb-nya. Past Continuous, Present Continuous, dan Future Continuous. Ketiga bentuk tersebut dipakai di waktu dan penggunaan yang berbeda.

Subject + to be + Verb + ing + Object

Negative Sentences:

Subject + to be + not + Verb + ing + Object

Interrogative Sentences:

To be + Subject + Verb + ing + Object + ?
