Last month, my sister went to Lombok for a business. She asked me and my younger brother to come with her. We stayed in a hotel near the beach. When we arrived in the hotel, my sister talked to the receptionist to get a room. The clerk at the receptionist desk gave my sister the key of the room and porter carried our bag along the corridor to our room.We got a large room on the second floor. The room overlooked the beach. From our room we could see waves breaking over the rocks. The beach was not crowded at that time. We saw children flying their kites. Some boys were kicking a ball. Some groups of people were sitting on the chairs, some were lying on the sand under brightly colored umbrella.

We didn’t waste much time in our room. We went to the beach to swim, to play ball, to fly kites, and to lie under the sun while my sister went to her business meeting. We really enjoyed our vacatio
