fall to the ground. The seed can be cooked by roasting, frying, and boiling. The tasty part of the durian
is the foul-smelling, custard-like pulp. Cakes, ice cream, and other food topping have this flavor. The odor
of ripe durians can even attract wild animals, such as elephants, tigers, and rhinoceroses.
