Kalimat diatas menggunakan Simple Present Tense. Mengapa? Karena semua kalimat tersebut, terutama pada nomor 1,2,4,5 terdapat Subject + Verb (s/-es) dan untuk bentuk negative dan interogatif menggunakan auxiliary 'Does // Do'.

Sedangkan pada nomor 3 , merupakan kalimat simple present tense jenis Nominal, karena disitu tidak terdapat verb, Melainkan 'Subject + to be 'Are' + Noun (Kata Sifat).'
