One day, a ravenous fox saw and approached a rooster to say hi. He told the rooster how he was so fond of roosters because of their beautiful voices. The fox asked the rooster to sing for him. However, when the rooster started to sing and shut his eyes, the fox caught him in his teeth and carried him away. Along the way, people of the village shouted at the fox to let their rooster go because he was theirs. The rooster told the fox to let them know that the rooster was now his.
