This omelette is made of and egg, some slices of sausage, and chopped onions. The egg is firstly cracked. The sausage is sliced. the onions are chopped. then the egg, sliced sausage, and chopped onions are mixed. salt and pepper are added into the dough. little frying oil is heated on a frying pan. Fry the dough until it's crooked. The omelette is served with rice and chilli sauce.
