People's attitude towards a specific issue matters a lot. In some cases, it's the responsibility of people that can solve a lot of problems. Blaming govt for everything is like a hideous attempt to Camouflage the mess we create & blame it on Govt. For example , dishonest govt servants. They can suck the money out of some poor people in the form of bribe irrespective of the fact that they themselves get salary to do their job. Most of the time that poor man doesn't dare complaining & just wants to get things done whatever way possible. Who are to be blamed for promoting such a thing? The people themselves. A city is not clean. It may happen that the city is not properly planned & has a terrible drainage system but people also don't hesitate to throw garbage here & there. Again somehow people are not responsible enough. Govt's duty is to provide resources & give a direction, not spoon feeding. Indian govt is actually giving it farmers everything at subsidized rate. No other country does that to an extent Indian govt does. If the farmer doesn't utilize the resources properly, it is not the govt’s fault. If a student doesn't pass in exam, it's not the govt’s fault. If people are not some engineers or doctors, then it's again only the people are to be blamed. It's just that they need to get off their high horse & realise what is better for them.People have kind of made a toxic environment & have set bars when it comes to education. There are billions of schemes out there. People should make sure if everything is functioning good under the Sarpanch, local MLA, officials of a Tehsil as well as police station. If not they should complain & criticise them to keep them on their toes. Act as a group & keep an eye on the govt servants , police officials to make sure they are doing their jobs properly. If possible take a spy camera hidden to record a misbehaving police official or any other govt servants. Be updated with govt schemes & make these guys work. The problem is mostly with these guys to begin with.
