BLACK FOREST CUPCAKE

Material:

- 125 gr unsalted butter

- 75 grams of sugar

- 2 eggs

- 100 gr canned black cherries, coarsely chopped

- 200 gr dark chocolate compound, melt

- 100 ml of liquid milk

- 1 tsp vanilla

Sift together:

- 150 gr all-purpose flour

- 1 tbsp cocoa powder

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 tsp salt

Toppings:

- 300 gr whipped cream powder and 150 ml cold liquid milk, beat until soft

Decoration:

- Dark chocolate compound, coarsely grated

- red cherries

How to make:

1. Beat butter and sugar until soft, add vanilla and eggs one by one, while continuing to beat until smooth.

2. Enter the black cherry, melted chocolate, and liquid milk, mix well. Add the flour mixture little by little, while mixing well.

3. Pour into a round paper cup with a diameter of 4 cm to 3/4 the height of the cup. Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes, remove from heat. Chill.

4. On the surface of the cupcakes, spray the topping that has been put in a piping bag with a small star-shaped syringe. Garnish with shaved chocolate, put red cherries on top. Serve.
