Paper recycling process

Paper recycling is one of the most important processes in the environment. According to GNFI, paper consumption in Indonesia is 27 kg/person/year or the equivalent of 11 trees/day. By doing the paper recycling process, we can minimize the negative impact of the reduced trees that use it as a new paper manufacture.

The first step in the paper recycling process is the collection of used paper. Used papers can be obtained from collectors. Used papers consist of old newspapers and old magazines.

The second step is paper sorting. This sorting function serves to sort the paper quality. This is done because each paper has a different quality.

The next step is to wash the used using chemicals to remove the ink. After the ink is gone, the paper is cut into small pieces and processed into paper pulp.

The fourth stage is screening children. The function of the pulp is to make it smoother. Once smooth, the pulp can be placed in a paper mold container which is then dried.

After the pulp is filtered and molded and dry, then remove the results from the concrete. Pulp had previously been turned into recycled paper. To tidy up the shape, it is cut.

The final product of recycled paper can be used as raw material for printing. Recycled paper still has a high value. In addition to maintaining a high value at an economical price, the use of recycled paper is also considered to be able to save the world.
