Soal di atas harus kita susun ulang menjadi impersonal passive. Apa itu impersonal passive? Bentuk ini dipakai untuk mengatakan sesuatu tanpa menyebut siapa subjek yang mengatakannya. Bentuk kalimat ini dipakai ketika mengatakan sesuatu dalam suasana formal. Misalnya:

• They say that fish is good for the brain. "Mereka mengatakan bahwa ikan baik untuk otak". Disini subjek they yang mengatakan bahwa ikan baik untuk kesehatan disebutkan. Dalam impersonal passive subjek ini tidak disebutkan, lalu kalimatnya menjadi:

• It is said that fish is good for the brain. Dikatakan bahwa ikan bagus untuk otak.
