Tomi is a student at a university. He always joins online English class but he never
does the task in every meeting whether individual task or group task. He only does
UTS and UAS. When he gets "D" on his lecture, he makes a complaint to the lecturer.

I would talk to the student directly and discuss why he doesn't do any of his tasks or homework. If he has any problems with studying or with understanding the task, I will offer some help, not with the task, but with understanding exactly what the task is. I will also assign a friend to become a tutor for him and help him to understand the task/homework
