Noun

Dalam bahasa Indonesia adalah kata benda yaitu kata yang menjelaskan nama benda tersebut. Ada 2  jenis noun:

1. Countable Noun – Kata benda yang dapat dihitung. Contoh: book, car, ball, dan lain-lain. Kata benda ini dapat berbentuk plural dengan ditambahkan huruf “s” seperti books, cars, dan balls.

2. Uncountable Noun – Kata benda yang tidak dapat dihitung. Contoh: rice, water, meat, dan lain-lain. Bentuk plural dari jenis Noun ini tidak dapat ditambah dengan huruf “s” seperti jenis Countable Noun. Uncountable Noun ini dapat dihitung jika ditambah unit ukuran, seperti a bowl of rice, two cups of water, dan 3 kilos of meat.

Adjective

Dalam bahasa Indonesia adalah kata sifat. Adjective adalah sebuah kata yang menjelaskan tentang kondisi sebuah benda. Kondisi ini bisa berupa kondisi, bentuk, warna, ukuran, asal, usia, asal, bahan, kuantitas dan kualitas. Adjective pada umumnya diletakkan sebelum sebuah kata benda, contoh: nice car, dirty cloth, beautiful day, dal lain-lain.

Verb

Dalam bahasa Indonesia kata kerja. Verb adalah sebuah kata tindakan yang dilakukan oleh sebuah subjek ke sebuah objek, contoh: I throw a ball, my sister make a cake. Ada 4 bentuk Verb dalam bahasa Inggris:

• Bentuk Verb 1 (Infinitive Verb) adalah kata kerja paling dasar yang digunakan untuk jenis kalimat Present Tense. Contoh: My uncle takes to a movie.

• Bentuk Verb 2 (Simple Past) adalah kata kerja bentuk kedua yang digunakan untuk jenis kalimat Past Tense. Contoh: My uncle took me to a movie.

• Bentuk Verb 3 (Past Participle) adalah kata kerja bentuk ketiga yang digunakan untuk semua jenis kalimat Perfect Tense. Contoh: My uncle has taken me to a movie.

• Bentuk Verb 1+ing (Continuous) adalah kata kerja bentuk Verb 1 yang ditambah “ing” di belakangnya yang digunakan untuk semua jenis kalimat dengan Continuous Tense. Contoh: My uncle is taking me to a movie.
