People also makes nice healthy drinks from them. They are useful for our health. The land is very fertile. Farmers grow many kinds of vegetables and fruits. They also grow coconut. Indonesian people need a lot of vegetables ke spinach, carrots, long beans, eggplants, cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, garlic, chilies, and many others. Indonesia also raise different kinds of animals for their meat, like cow, goat, fish meat, and chicken. We get beef from the cows, mutton from the goats, chicken meat from the chickens, and fish. Some ethnic group even eat horse meat. Our milk usually from cows. Of course we also have chickens. They give us meat and eggs.​
