Guess what, I'm doing better and happier than the last time we met! And you know why? So, recently, together with my parents and sister I joined a new fitness club in town. Although it isn't far from our house, at first I just join it because I didn't want to be left alone at home. But you know what, I ended up enjoying it more than I expected! Moreover, after three weeks of bi-weekly training, I feel that my form become better than I've ever been. Now I can recover quickly from any fatigue that usually made me unable to get up easily from bed. Amazing, right?
