I want to talk about Brainly. I enjoy being here and I respect all the Moderators, Tutors, Examiners and users here. I want to give my contributions to improve the quality of Brainly by giving my best answers possible. I also want to be able to communicate (online) with the officials, or even better, the decision makers here on Brainly.

I have so many questions on my mind about Brainly, but I don't know who to ask. I don't want to direct message anybody to ask my questions because I don't want to bother them. I will ask my questions only to someone who was appointed by Brainly, officially. That means, I'm not the only one who can ask questions, every user must have the same rights and it is mandatory.

I want Brainly to be Transparent, Communicative and Fair to all of its users. Transparent means that users have the rights to know the development of Brainly Indonesia. Communicative means that users have the rights to ask questions to officials because it is their job and Brainly shows appreciation for them, creatively. Fair means that Brainly gives what users deserve, whatever it is meant for the users from Brainly as an exchange for the users' time and effort.

I have been here for around 500 days straight, but there's almost no significant development from Brainly Indonesia. Everything seems like a plane on autopilot. There is no communication from officials to greet users, there is no shout out daily from officials to users who achieved a new ranking level, there is no official brainly forum for all users to share their opinions related to Brainly and even there is no activities on Brainly's account on instagram lately.

I just want Brainly Indonesia to be better. Thanks.
