No, I do not agree with Joe’s parents request. According to text 4, Joe who is only 10 years old and has not got two doses of Covid-19 vaccine not belongs to the group which is eligible for booster vaccine (3rd dose). Those who eligible for booster are those who over the age of 12andhave already received a second vaccine.
