In my opinion the positive impacts of using a mobile phone are: First, with a handphone we can find out information on the internet.
Second, having a handphone can make it easier for us to communicate remotely. Third, we can study online via a handphone. Fourth, it can also be refreshing if we experience stress when we have a lot of school assignments.

And my opinion about the negative effects of using mobile phones, namely: It can trigger eye pain if you use it for too long. It disrupts the sleep cycle. And people who use mobile phones too often can experience addiction which in turn affects mental health.
