1. In my opinion, phone interview is not the best choices for final job interview

2. Positif aspects of phone interview : More flexible in terms of place and time. It will be easier for some people who don't live in the area where he is applying for the job.

Negatif aspects of phone interview : Miss communication can occur if there is signal interference. For some cases, maybe this can't be done because of the facilities, for example like,some people don't have phones or their phones don't support to do interviews by phone. Phone interviews are also very dangerous, because we have to make sure that the company is the "right" company because so many people get scammed online

3. Speak rudely during interview, we never know maybe the company recording us while we talk on the phone and if that happen maybe the company will spread the video so you will get a bad rumors that will affect your next life.

4. I prefer regular job interview because I can see the environment of the company directly and talking face to face is more comfortable than talking by phone.

5. We must use language according to the language used in the job vacancies written by the company.
