Last year during Ramadan, I spent my holiday at home with my family. Even though we couldn't go anywhere due to the pandemic, we still had a great time together.

During the day, we usually spent our time preparing for iftar, the meal that we have after sunset during Ramadan. My mother and I would cook various dishes, such as fried rice, chicken curry, and beef rendang. We also made some snacks, like banana fritters and spring rolls.

In the afternoon, we would take a nap or read the Quran. Sometimes, we also watched Islamic movies or TV shows that were airing during Ramadan.

When it was time for iftar, we would gather around the table and break our fast together. We usually had some dates, followed by a soup or salad, and then the main dishes. The food was always delicious and it was great to have a variety of dishes every day.

After iftar, we would usually spend some time praying and then we would watch TV or play games together. Sometimes, we also went out for a walk around the neighborhood to enjoy the cool night breeze.

Overall, even though we couldn't travel anywhere during Ramadan due to the pandemic, we still had a wonderful time at home with our family. It was a peaceful and meaningful holiday spent in the company of our loved ones.
