A genie appeared and took him to a beautiful palace. Because he wanted some money, he made his second wish for some jewellery and then sold it. Suddenly, a beautiful princess came to buy some jewellery, but there was nothing left. The wanderer then fell in love with her and asked her to marry him. The kind princess accepted his proposal and they got married the next day.

In his happiness, the wanderer told the princess about his adventure and the magic candle. Hearing that, the princess got very angry. That night she lit the candle and wished that the wanderer would disappear.
