3. Connect the water outlet of the first bucket to the inlet of the second bucket using PVC pipes and fittings.
4. Cut an opening in the top of the second bucket and connect a PVC pipe to it as a water outlet.
5. Connect the water flow sensor to the Arduino board using jumper wires and a breadboard.
6. Connect an LCD display to the Arduino board using jumper wires.
7. Program the Arduino board to read the water flow data from the sensor and display it on the LCD display.
8. Power the Arduino board using a power supply.
