3 tbsp com-starch
100ml water
400ml milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp granulated sugar
Cinnamon powder
Pistachio nuts
Grated coconut

Steps
1. Mix the com-starch and water then stir until smooth. Add vanilla and sugar.
2. Add the milk into the mixture and stir thoroughly.
3. Heat the corn-starch and milk mixture over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Stir the
mixture until thickened.
4. Pour the mixture into a serving glass.
5. Sprinkle the cinnamon, grated coconut, and pistachio nuts on top.
6. Sahlab is ready to serve.
