I'm a teacher in a high school in Pennsylvania. I have discouraged students from fighting in school by separating them and clearing out things, confronting (1) once people assume the wrong things. What's the point (2) if you are mad at someone without proving anything.

My sister once got into a fight with one of her (3) because somebody else had spread a false gossip about her. After school they started arguing on the bus, then my sister jumped over the seat of the bus and hit her friend and all this big commotion started. I tried pulling her away to calm her down.
