crackers to her friends. She explain that tempe crackers are made of tempe.
To make tempe keripik, tempe is sliced thinly into pieces. Then, the pieces are dipped
into flour that has been diluted with water and spices. Those slices which are smeared with
flour are fried on a medium fire to prevent them from burning. Once cooked, tempe crackers
are lifted and drained. They are ready to serve.
