To answer these question you need to understand how you state regular activities. That's we call present tense.To state regular activities we need VERB 1
Example:
They do the task
We play the games
You drink water

But if you see the subject "he" , "she" and "it" you can add VERB 1 with "s" or "es" in the end of verb
Example:
He teaches math
She waters the flowers
