1. I can say that this song represents how things can change drastically in a short period of time, or at least it feels like it.

2. The mood of the song shows the feeling of regret, sorrow and nostalgia.

3. The first verse tells us to imagine our childhood to make a wistful and sentimental yearning of some past period, in which this case is our childhood.

4. This sentence means exactly what it says, where the writer learned that everything he has (most likely in his childhood (like friends and etc)) would be gone and remain as memories.
