This is a flow chart of a research design process. It begins with a pre test, it's a test before the actual planning takes place. Why do you have to make a pre test ? To understand and predict the actual process. Next process is a planning. A good plan should be made in order to achieve a real success. After the planning then we have the action part called the cycle. Here we have cycle one and two. Both have the same steps : implementation and observations. It means that after implementing your planning you have to observe the results, is it success or not. Reflecting is the last result, after you have done all the steps then you think and analyze all the process and which part of the steps should have been taken seriously. With all these steps we surely will have students improvement.
