Pertama-tama, ketahui dulu apa itu active dan passive voice/sentence.

Coba bedain empat hal ini.

• Aku makan ayam; I eat chicken
• Aku dimakan ayam; I am eaten by chicken
• Ayam makan aku; Chicken eats me :)
• Ayam dimakan aku. Chicken is eaten by me

Nah, kalimat ke-2 dan ke-3 pastilah salah karena tidak mungkin dong ayam yang makan kita :D. Yang kakak tekankan adalah, kalimat 1 adalah contoh bagus dari active voice, dan kalimat 4 adalah contoh passive voice.

Active voice adalah kalimat yang subjeknya melakukan pekerjaan.

    Dalam bahasa Indonesia, ini disebut kalimat aktif.

Passive voice adalah kalimat yang subjeknya dikenakan pekerjaan.

    Dalam bahasa Indonesia, ini disebut kalimat pasif.

Formula Active ke Passive voice: S + Aux (Is, was, has, dll) + V3

Jika kalimatnya continous: S + Aux + being + V3

Title: The Water Cycle.  

Sequences of stages in paragraphs: The water cycle begins when heat from the sun turns water molecules (tiny particles) in lakes(the water molecules are turned by heat from the sun).Rivers and oceans into vapour (gas). This is called evaporation.  

Next, this vapour or water molecules in the form of gas rise up in the air.(  

As they get higher the water molecules are cooled and they begin to join together(Mengapa kita tidak ubah ini adalah, karena tidak ada object/hanya ada kalimat pelengkap(Cnth: Kamu main besok). This process is called condensation and we see it happening when clouds are forming particularly over mountains.  

When the droplets in the clouds get big enough they can fall as rain. If the cloud is very high up the droplets may be swept up to the top of the cloud where they get even colder. These drops then fall as snow or hailstones.  

When the rain reaches the ground, some of it goes into the ground but most of the rain flows across the ground and into streams, rivers and lakes. (and the streams, rivers and lakes are flowed by most of the rain drops)

Finally, streams, lakes and rivers eventually reach the ocean(Finally, the ocean is reached by streams, lakes and rivers eventually reach the ocean) where evaporation of the water molecules begin again.
