JaguarJaguar is a species of big vat which still exists now. It
looks like leopard. But, they are different species, Physically,
they are different. Jaguar is bigger and stronger than leopard. Its
length is 1.6-1.8 meter and it's weight can reach 160 kg.
Meanwhile leopard's length is 0.91-1.9 meter and its weight can
reach 90 kg. the most typical characteristic of jaguar is pattern of
it fur. The color of the fur is brown or gold with its black spot.
Jaguar is the only one panther species which is found in
America. They are the third biggest cats after tiger and lion. For
additional information, jaguar is the symbol of Maya tribe
Goddes. Jaguar plays important role in ancient mytology. Maya
tribe believes that the sun can change to be jaguar in the
evening. Therefore, there is a term that calls jaguar as the God of
Underworld. The habitat of jaguar spreads from the south region

South America until Paraguay and North Argentina.

Jaguar is secretive and solitaire animal. They come
together for mating. It always happens throught the year. The
male jaguar wanders alone. But, female jaguar does not. They
murture their kids. Around 100 days after mating, the female
jaguar will give a birth for three of four jagaurs at once. When
the kids are already six months old, the will accompany their
mother in hunting.
Jaguar is the peak of the food chain in its area.
Therefore, it holds important role to keep the forest ecosystem
and guarantee the availability of prey. Jaguar has strong
dependency to water. Theyb also kind of cat who loves and are
good at swimming. They are also good at catching the fish.
Jaguar has strong biting that could cut throught the turtle's shell.
