According by provisions containing articles

Article 1

• the first party submits the related vehicle according to the deed agreement after getting a down payment for 15.000 EUR in cash
• the first party gives 3 months guarantee for machine condition according to the agreement contract
• the first party rejects for guarantee claim outside expect of article 1 paragraph 2

Article 2

• the second party approves the statement and already checked up the car condition before signing this paper
• the second party paid instalment in 12 month tenor for 1400 EUR per month after agreements and negotiations have been agreed before
• The second party must pay the obligation of installments every 7th day as written in article 2 paragraph 2
