1. first buy or pick from your garden a jackfruit, a pineapple, a dragon fruit and a papaya
2. once you get them, put them all on a table
3. start by slicing the jackfruit open
4. separate the flesh from the seed
5. next dice the flesh and put it aside in a bowl
6. move on to the pineapple
7. remove its stem and skin as well as its "eyes"
8. then slice it up, remove its core, dice the sliced parts and put them in the same bowl as the jackfruit flesh
9. do the same thing with the rest of the fruits i.e. skin, remove the inedible parts, dice and put them in the bowl
10. next fill the bowl with 100 ml of condensed milk and 900 ml of coconut water
11. finally top it off with shaved ice or ice cubes
