In this case, education and health systems are important. Without education, we cannot develop human resources. Without a health system, we cannot develop human resources. I will give you the real situation, the Covid 19 Pandemic. It caused our economy to go down. Then, the impact is related to human resources. We need a health care system to deal with this situation.
