How to make "Es selendang mayang" :

1. First, make the shawl mayang pudding first, mix 250 ml of water with palm sago flour and rice flour.

2. Stir until smooth, then strain until soft. Set aside the flour and water mixture.

3. Prepare a frying pan, then bring the remaining water, pandan leaves, salt, and sugar to a boil. Heat while stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove the solution, then filter to make it clear.

4. Bring the water and pandan leaf mixture back to a boil over low heat. Enter the palm sago flour, stir quickly until well blended. Bring to a boil.

5. When it boils, remove and pour the mixture into a flat pan and flatten. Then add enough red dye.

6. Smooth with a brush until the entire surface is red. Let the shawl mayang pudding cool and harden.

7. While waiting for the pudding to harden, it's time to make the coconut milk and sugar water. Mix all the coconut milk ingredients and bring to a boil. When it boils, turn off the heat and strain then set aside.

8. Do the same with sugar water. Bring brown sugar, salt and water to a boil. Heat and stir the sugar solution until the brown sugar melts and mixes well. When it boils, set aside.

9. For serving, cut into small squares of dough that has hardened earlier. Arrange in a serving glass, then flush with coconut milk and sugar water according to taste.

10. Add ice cubes to taste. The ice shawl mayang is ready to be served
