Vacation to the big mountain Pangrango

When my school holidays and friends planned to go to Gunung Gede Pangrango, the time came for me and my friends to go to Gunung Gede Pangrango on Tuesday, July 3, 2012, on Monday, all of my friends and I stayed at home. me, to be closer to going to the mountain. My friends and I left at six in the morning.

We continued to explore a very long and very tiring journey while enjoying the very cool mountain atmosphere to reach the top of Mount Pangrango, and thank God it was about five hours of traveling and climbing we arrived at our destination. To the natural beauty of the peak of Mount Gede Pangrango which is very wide in its garden which is surrounded by high mountains. There are flowers that are very rare and protected, namely edelweiss flowers, these flowers are only found on Mount Gede Pangrango in Indonesia, very rare isn't it.

When my friends and I got there, we immediately looked for firewood to cook rice because we were all very hungry. My friends and I were looking for a place to set up a tent, and finally we found a very strategic place, then after that we immediately cooked and ate together.

The sun was starting to set and it was time for the Maghrib prayer, when we were all praying suddenly it started raining very hard and finally we rushed to the tent to take shelter. But what happened was that our tent was not strong enough to withstand the water that pooled above the tent until finally our tent collapsed and it was raining on us all. It was all our fault because we set up the tent carelessly and it was the result of our lack of accuracy.

Finally at night the rain had stopped and we immediately fixed our tents as well as possible, because we were cold we finally made a bonfire to warm ourselves and at the same time cooked rice for dinner, around eleven o'clock at night we all just ate because of the wood we had collected wet so starting a fire is very difficult plus the temperature there is very cold.

The next day we all welcomed the beautiful morning sun plus the earthy morning dew on the grass around us, around eight o'clock in the morning we went for a walk and saw the beauty of the Gunung Gede Pangrango park while taking photos together for memories later at home. After sightseeing, we immediately ate breakfast together and prepared to go home.

When on the way home we picked fruit in the forest on Mount Gede Pangrango, after our journey of about three hours we finally all arrived home in a very weak body condition plus our legs were very sore, that's the trip I've ever been on travel with my friends while on vacation. Thanks you :) ...
