Food gives us the energy to do our daily activities. food keeps us alive. The nutrients that we derive from food also have many other benefits. They make our body stronger and healthier, and also ward off diseases.

Eating all kinds of food is essential because we need to have a balanced diet. A balanced diet contains food with all kinds of nutrients- carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and roughage. We must make sure to have all varieties of food in our diet so that we can be healthy and fit.
