I am perhaps guessing that the first activity has been filled in by yourself, hence I shall simply answer the second one.

Activity 2 (1):

We would firstly like to wish you a wonderful day or evening and with the delivery of this letter, the principals of [School Name], would like to formally invite you into our Graduation Ceremony on the [Date], this Graduation will consist of many activities from the standard hat throwing ceremony to a more unique approach, a show thrown by our many classes. This truly will be an event you do not wish to miss, after all, we wish to send of our final goodbyes to our students and to you, a new and fresh beginning to the future ahead, a graduation will always be a memorable occasion.

There shall be no fee to the school theater and all of your family member may attend, before simply coming in however, we wish for you to fill the format below and simply send it in via e-mail, we wish to thank you for reading our letter and we hope to see you attend our school graduation for the students of 2020-2021.
