1. Use a lot of command verbs (imperatives). Imperative verbs are formed with the endings -kan, -i, and particle-lah. The characteristics of imperative sentences are that they contain commands, appeals or prohibitions and end with an exclamation mark (!) at the end of the sentence.
2. Use a lot of technical words related to the topic discussed. Technical words are words that have a special meaning in an area of expertise.

4. Use a lot of persuasive statements.
Persuasive sentences are sentences that invite someone or many people. Not only contains an invitation, a persuasive sentence also contains a request or appeal.
Example:
a. The use of good language is also a must.
b. In short, it would be better if we are able to display an enthusiastic attitude, both verbally and nonverbally.
5. If the procedure is in the form of a recipe and instructions for using the tool, a detailed description of the object and tool used, including size, quantity, and color will be used.
