If you are using a newer version of Unity, go to:	Edit > Project Settings... > XR Plug-in Management
Install XR Plug-in Management.
Install "OpenXR" on the DESKTOP tab and "Oculus" on the ANDROID tab (If you want it to work with your Quest).
Now ENTER THE CHEAT CODE by going to:	Window > Package Manager
Hit the plus symbol in the top left corner, choose URL and type in:	"com.unity.xr.interaction.toolkit"
This should work now.
Then download the samples on the toolkit, by expanding the "Samples" tab.
